TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Only account registered users are eligible to purchase from our online store.
• For your order to be accepted/confirmed, we must receive full payment.
• On receipt of payment, we will email confirmation of order.
• Our acceptance confirms a mutual legally binding contract.

PRICING INCLUDES:

• Cost of the art print
• Packaging and Shipping
• All applicable local taxes

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges

• Cancellation and refunds prior to dispatch attract a 10% administrative fee (minimum $10).
• Cancellations after dispatch are at the cost and risk of the customer.
• Exchanges may incur administrative costs.

Delivery of Goods

• Delivery within 21 days.
• Delays will be communicated.
• Undelivered goods will be investigated and replaced within 30 days.
