Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges

• Cancellation and refunds prior to actual dispatch of the consignment will attract a 10% administrative fee on the illustration cost, minimum $10.
• Cancellations and refunds after confirmed dispatch will be at the cost and risk of the customer and subject to administrative requirements.
• Exchanges will be subject to any accrued administrative costs.

Delivery of goods

• We commit to deliver your consignment on a timely basis within 21 days.
• In case of an extended period of delivery because of extenuating circumstances, then we will endeavour to inform you.
• In the unlikely event that the consignment remains undelivered after 21 days we undertake to investigate, claim insurance and/or replace the artworks under a new consignment within an extra period of 30 days.
• On receipt of your consignment, please sign as required by the courier company to transfer ownership.

Liability

Failure to deliver goods as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident may not be covered by insurance.

In this contract: 'We', 'us' or 'our' means the Liseli J Branding House whose administrative office is at 40 Lamasat Complex, Bonaventure, Lusaka, Zambia and 'You' or 'your' means the buyer of our goods from "liselijbrandinghouse.com" hereinafter referred to us 'Liseli J Art Online'.

To ensure you are fully informed, Liseli J Branding House will provide specific information on refunds, exchange, cancellation and additional charges. You can also find the key information in the order confirmation/order acceptance email that will be sent to you further to your order being accepted by us. If you buy goods on our website, you agree to be legally bound by this contract. You place an order on the website by clicking on add to cart, logging into your Liseli J Art Online Store account and then moving to check out and paying for the items in the cart. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before proceeding to checkout.

When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process, we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement is subject to our approval. Possible reasons for rejecting an order are:

• Payment failed
• Buyer prohibited
• Order cannot be fulfilled
• Pricing or description error

Invalidity

Any part of these terms and conditions that is unenforceable will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these conditions.

Governing Law and Disputes

This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Zambian Law and the courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between parties. Any disputes arising from this contract will first be subject to an arbitration process and if unresolved, subject to the Zambian Courts of Law.

Entire Agreement

Our website content, delivery details, contact details and terms & conditions represent the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods under this contract.
