• Cancellations and refunds after confirmed dispatch will be at the cost and risk of the customer and subject to administrative requirements.
• Exchanges will be subject to any accrued administrative costs.

Delivery of goods

• We commit to deliver your consignment on a timely basis within 21 days.
• In case of an extended period of delivery because of extenuating circumstances, then we will endeavour to inform you.
• In the unlikely event that the consignment remains undelivered after 21days we undertake to investigate, claim insurance and/or replace the artworks under a new consignment within an extra period of 30 days.
• On receipt of your consignment, please sign as required by the courier company to transfer ownership.

Failure to deliver goods as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident may not be covered by insurance.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local laws or other statutory rights that exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
